Usage

Sable Marco® Pro Seeding and Lawn Soil Mix is suitable for seeding new lawns, top dressing existing turf, repairing bare or damaged patches and installing sod.

Application steps

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Seeding or installing a new lawn: Clear the area of debris, dead grass, and weeds. Spread a 10 mm (⅜ in) layer of Sable Marco® Pro Seeding and Lawn Soil Mix over the prepared soil. Apply grass seed according to the seed manufacturer's instructions, then cover lightly with another 10 mm (⅜ in) layer of Sable Marco® Pro Seeding and Lawn Soil Mix to protect the seed and improve contact. Keep soil consistently moist until germination is complete. Fertilize as needed based on grass type and season.

  

Top dressing: Spread a thin layer up to 3 mm (⅛ in) of Sable Marco® Pro Seeding and Lawn Soil Mix evenly over existing turf. Rake lightly to work the mix into the lawn surface. Water thoroughly. Repeat as needed during the season to improve soil quality and lawn density.

 

Lawn repair: Remove damaged turf, weeds, and debris. Loosen the surface soil and spread a 15 mm (½ in) layer of Sable Marco® Pro Seeding and Lawn Soil Mix over the area. Reseed and water regularly, especially during early mornings and evenings, until the grass is established.

  

Sod installation: Remove weeds and loosen the topsoil. Spread a 10 mm (⅜ in) layer of Sable Marco® Pro Seeding and Lawn Soil Mix over the area and lightly mix into the surface soil. Lay sod immediately and press it down for full contact. Water deeply and consistently until roots are established.
