Usage

Sable Marco® Sand is suitable for a wide range of construction and landscaping applications, including leveling surfaces, filling voids, and improving drainage. Is can be used as a base for paving stones, slabs, and bricks, or as a component in custom concrete and mortar mixes. Sable Marco® Sand is also appropriate for soil improvement and certain filtration applications.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep bags sealed to prevent moisture exposure. Avoid contact with soil or debris.

Application steps

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Landscaping / Backfilling: Spread evenly over the prepared area, rake to the desired depth, and compact as needed to ensure stability and prevent shifting.

  

Soil Conditioning: Mix into soil to improve drainage, aeration, and soil structure. Rake or till thoroughly for best results.

  

Paving / Leveling: Spread over a prepared base, level with a screed or board, and compact before placing pavers, bricks, or slabs.

  

Mixing with Cement: Combine with cement and water in appropriate ratios to prepare mortar or concrete. 

  

Joint Filling / Sanding: Fill joints between pavers or tiles to lock them in place and prevent movement. Sweep evenly and compact if necessary.

  

Drainage & Filtration: Use as a base layer in drainage systems, or filtration applications to help remove sediments and impurities from water.
