Sable Marco® Screening

Fine limestone screening for leveling and joint filling

Sable Marco® Screening is a finely crushed limestone screening, with a uniform particle size that provides excellent compaction. It is ideal for creating a solid, level base under interlocking pavers, patio slabs, and driveways. Sable Marco® Screening also helps minimize weed growth and the establishment of ants between paving units, ensuring a stable and low-maintenance surface.

Usage

Sable Marco® Screening is used to create a stable, level base for interlocking pavers, patio slabs, and driveways. It can also be used as a joint filler between paving units to improve stability and reduce the growth of weeds or the presence of ants.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep bags sealed to prevent moisture exposure and surface discoloration. Avoid contact with soil or debris.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Base preparation for pavers, patio slabs, or driveways: Excavate and level the area to the required depth, ensuring the subgrade is free of debris. Spread Sable Marco® Screening evenly to create a smooth, level bedding layer. Lightly compact or screed the screenings to provide a stable, uniform surface for placing pavers or slabs.

  

Joint filling between paving units: After positioning interlocking pavers, patio slabs, or similar units, use Sable Marco® Screening to fill the joints evenly. Sweep into gaps, then lightly compact or vibrate to ensure the screenings settle.
